Daido Steel Company Limited. The Group's principal activity is to manufacture specialty steel products. The operations of the Group are carried through the following divisions: Specialty Steel; Automobile/Industrial Parts; Electronic materials; Engineering; Distribution/Services and New Materials. Special steel products division manufactures and sells hot-rolled steel, cold-finished steel, tertiary products and others. The Automobile and industrial parts division deals with forged products, springs and engine bulbs. The Electronic materials division deals with high-alloy products, magnetic products and electronic product material. The Engineering division manufactures and sells industrial furnaces and related facilities. The New materials division sells alloy steel powder and titanium products.
