China Agri-Industries Holdings Limited. The Group's principal activities are the production and sale of edible oils and fats and oilseed meals, corn-based products comprising the biofuel product of fuel ethanol, biochemical products such as starch, sweeteners, amino acid, lactic acid and polylactic acid and other co-products such as consumable ethanol, dried distiller's grain with solubles, animal feed and crude corn oil, malt used for beer brewege, and the importation and distribution of malting. Other activities includes the international trading of rice products and processing of paddy into parboiled rice, white rice and other rice products and the processing and sale of wheat flour and flour products. Activities of the Group are carried out in the British Virgin Islands, Hong Kong and the People's Republic of China.
