CF Industries Holdings, Inc.. The Group's principal activity is the manufactu re and distribution of nitrogen and phosphate fertilizer products in North Ame rica. The operations are organized into two business segments: Nitrogen fertilizers and Phosphate fertilizers. The principal products in the nitrogen fertilizer business are ammonia, urea and urea ammonium nitrate solution. The principal products in the phosphate fertilizer business are diammonium phosphate and monoammonium phosphate. The Group operates in United States and Canada. The Group currently leases 600 ammonia tank cars, 1,000 UAN tank cars and 600 dry product hopper cars.
