The Group operates through three segments: Agricultural Equipment, Construction Equipment and Financial Services. The agricultural equipment segment engineers, manufactures and distributes a full line of farm machinery and implements. The Construction Equipment segment engineers, manufactures and distributes a full line of construction equipment such as excavators, crawler dozers, graders, wheel loaders, loader, backhoes, skid steer loaders and rough terrain forklift. The Financial Services segment provides retail and wholesale financing facilities to its dealers and end-customers. The Group products are sold under the brand names: New Holland, Case, Case IH, (in North America) and, St eyr (in Europe). The Group sells in over 160 countries throughout the world through a network of 11,500 independent dealers.
