Golden Agri-Resources Limited. The Group's principal activities are the cultivation and harvest of oil palm, processing and distribution of crude palm oil and palm kernel and refining of crude palm oil into cooking oil, margarine and shortening for further distribution. Other activities include general shipping and chartering services, treasury services, aerial manuring, software engineering, trading of fertilizers, mills and refinery equipment, ownership and cultivation of tea and rubber plantation, mill operation and investment holding. The Group also operates a deep sea port, storage facilities, oilseed crushing and vegetable oil refining facilities in the PRC. The Group markets its products in Indonesia, Rest of Southeast Asia, Rest of Asia, United States of America and Europe.
