Their main sectors of activity are offshore which includes offshore field development, offshore SURF( Subsea, Umbilicals, Risers & Flowlines) and Offshore plat-forms. Offshore activities include field development, pipe lay, field decommissioning, and drilling and service applications underwater. Onshore Downstream includes gas treatment, oil refining, advanced system engineering and onshore lying of pipelines. Industrial sector includes manufacture of fertilizers, manures, chemicals, life sciences, metal transformation, cement products and infrastructures. The Group operates in Europe, Asia, the United States, Africa and the Middle East. On 02-Jul-2007, the Group acquired Setudi.
