The Group operates in four segments. Chicken segment include breeding and raising chickens, processing live chickens. Beef segment include processing live fed cattle and fabrication of dressed beef carcasses into primal and sub-primal meat cuts and case-ready products. Pork segment include processing live market hogs and fabricating pork carcasses into primal and sub-primal cuts and case-ready products. Prepared Foods segment manufactures and markets frozen and refrigerated food products. Products are marketed domestically to food retailers, foodservice distributors, restaurant operators and noncommercial foodservice establishments and also international markets throughout the world. The major export markets include Canada, China, Central America, Japan, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Russia, Taiwan and South Korea.
